As a certified DISC Profiling Practitioner, and trained in coaching skills, I also bring behavioural insight into hiring & team development, helping organisations understand dynamics, identify strengths & gaps, and make well-informed hiring decisions that strengthen teams and support sustainable growth. I translate these insights into practical steps that improve long-term team performance.

Since leaving the agency recruitment world, my work has naturally leaned towards partnering with smaller, purpose-driven founders and organisations, supporting them as a Talent Partner. I really enjoy working with those who want to make a difference, whether through social or environmental change, or through innovative products and services, helping them find talented people who contribute to long-term growth. Alongside this, I find it highly rewarding supporting candidates who are at a crossroads or feeling unfulfilled, helping them move into more meaningful roles where they can make a genuine contribution. I’m particularly motivated by being part of people finding their place within organisations where they can thrive.
