I’m an independent Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in helping Small Businesses and Charities attract and hire the people they need to grow, offering an alternative to traditional contingency recruitment and bringing the expertise and approaches typically used by larger organisations with dedicated in-house Talent Acquisition teams or the budget to invest in executive search.

With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, I work closely with founders, business owners, managers and HR teams to understand what their business needs and help them find the right people, supporting everything from individual hires to building and growing successful teams.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across agency recruitment, in-house, embedded and fractional Talent Partner roles, giving me experience of different hiring environments and ways of working.
